Happy Homo-wner (Hopefully)
Well, we found one... we think... we've started the loans, the inspections, the contracts... dear god... why does it have to be so difficult... well, i guess in actuality it's not that bad... and if we get it, it will be soooooo worth it... here's some pics

Congrats Amy and Jess! Looks like a nice big deck for hacky sack and beers with old friends. Let's just hope Ben doesn't get that pour-the-beer-out-hacky-sack-retrieval-disease-to-make-it-look-like-he's-a-rapid-drinker disease that afflicted him at Shawnee.

One more thing, if you and Jess want to get hitched (according to law), I'll host a reception for you at my crib. I'll even decorate the spare bedroom like a honeymoon suite. BECAUSE CALIFORNIA IS SO AWESOME THEY MADE GAY MARRIAGE LEGAL.
